1. TERMS OF PAYMENT
  • Raivoomo charges a 100% advance payment for the entire service price when the reservation is made.
  • The service must be paid for no later than two days before the date of service.
  • You can also pay for the service on site by credit card or cash. Provided that Raivoomo has free slots available at that time.
  1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations, including partial cancellations, must be made in writing by email to info@raivoomo.fi. Cancellations must be made no later than 1 day before the service date. The date of receipt of the cancellation applies.

Cancellations can be made by the consumer, except if the cancellation is made less than 1 day before the service date. In that case, 100% of the price of the reserved service will be charged.

Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the payment intermediary and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj is shown as the recipient of the payment on a bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is licensed as a payment institution. In the event of a complaint, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.
